Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring an Assistant Manager in Medina, OH to help America Run on Dunkin’ through daily restaurant operations. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring smooth shifts and collaborating on local store marketing to hit sales and profit goals while guiding team members through training initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to start early with 4 am shifts.
• Must be available to accommodate changing schedules.
