Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Hours

  • Flexible schedule, up to 35 hours per week.
  • Must be available to work between the following hours:
    • Summer: 8:30am-6:30pm Monday - Friday.
    • School Year: 12-8:30pm Monday - Thursday.
    • Some Saturday hours may be needed.

The Assistant Manager’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:

  • Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
  • Managing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
  • Owning administrative duties and office organization.
  • Supporting marketing efforts to grow the center, including social media.
  • Meeting with students to oversee their progress and experience.
  • Teaching students.

For Success, The Assistant Manager Must Have

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
  • Must love working with kids and tutoring students in multiple grade levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
