• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for employees and customers.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and support professional growth.
• Monitor and mitigate potential security risks, including internal theft and shoplifting.
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day store operations, including sales floor activities, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.

Compensation:
