Job summary

Opus Inspection is seeking a Lead Lane to join our station leadership team in Valparaiso, IN. You’ll act as second-in-command, guiding daily lane operations, coaching teammates, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role offers hands-on leadership development, a daytime schedule Tuesday-Saturday, and a chance to advance toward station manager by mentoring others and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at the inspection site.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Pay Range

The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience.
