Role & responsibilities
Dealer Management
- Appoint, onboard, and monitor performance of district-level dealers.
- Train dealers on products, government scheme, and sales process.
- Ensure regular coordination and motivation through reviews and incentive tracking.
Installation Oversight
- Appoint, onboard, and monitor performance of district-level dealers.
- Track installation schedules and ensure timely completion within government-mandated deadlines (e.g., 60/120 days).
- Supervise installation partners and resolve on-ground challenges.
- Conduct periodic field visits to ensure execution quality.
Quality Control
- Ensure installations meet technical and quality standards.
- Monitor site photos, installation checklists, and compliance reports.
- Address rework, customer complaints, and faulty installations.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate with warehouse and transporters for timely dispatches to dealer/farmer location.
- Ensure no mismatch in component bundling (pump, module, controller, structure, etc.).
- Flag and fulfil short material within defined timelines.
Stock Assessment
- Maintain real-time stock visibility with WMS/SAP tools.
- Conduct monthly physical stock audits at warehouse/dealer points.
- Raise requisition requests based on projected demand and buffer norms.
District Office File Submission
- Prepare and submit physical files (JSA, farmer KYC, land documents) to DISCOM/District Offices.
- Track file approval timelines and resolve any objections in coordination with the dealer.
Government Portal Uploads
- Ensure timely and error-free uploads of pump serial numbers, installation photos, and farmer data on state/National portals (MSEDCL, MEDA, MNRE, etc.).
