Job summary

Jack’s is hiring to join our family-friendly team in a fast-paced southern kitchen. You will lead shifts, work with crew members, and help drive excellent service and high standards. Expect opportunities to coach others and grow within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support crew members on a daily basis.
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests.
• Partner with the GM to guide the team and hit daily goals.
• Help manage a high-volume restaurant business with energy and standards.
• Train, coach, and develop team members for growth.
• Prepare delicious southern foods and menu items.
• Create a positive, respectful, and engaging work environment.
