Job summary

Jack's in Gardendale is hiring to lead shifts, train staff, and deliver warm, southern hospitality. You’ll work closely with the GM to guide the team, meet daily goals, and run a high-energy operation that serves comforting Southern foods.

We offer monthly bonuses, paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits. Starting pay is up to $880 per week, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Lead and participate in shifts, showing reliability and teamwork.
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work up to 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assist crew to meet daily goals.
• Provide friendly service to guests and maintain high standards.
• Partner with GM to drive performance and operations.
• Contribute to one-million-dollar restaurant outcomes with energy.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Prepare southern dishes with quality and consistency.
