WINGERS Restaurant & Alehouse is seeking an Assistant Manager who can act as the on-shift leader, uphold food quality, and model professional conduct. You will assist the GM, recruit and train staff, and maintain a cohesive team across all shifts.
The role requires ensuring kitchen cleanliness, managing inventories and costs, and maintaining QA and safety standards. A passion for great food and a strong team spirit are essential for success.

This is a salaried position. In addition to being Assistant Manager, you will also be required to be proficient in all departments of the restaurant so as to run smooth, successful solo shifts in the absence of another manager.
