Flippers Pizzeria in the Lady Lake area is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Management team in developing restaurant staff, driving sales, and improving profitability while upholding the concept's culture. The role requires being on your feet, delegating tasks, and achieving daily goals as part of a Team with Character.

• Must be 18 years old.

Assistant Manager’s primary purpose is to assist the Management team in developing restaurant management and hourly staff to build and increase sales over the previous year and improve profitability, while ensuring employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising the integrity or culture of the concept. The Assistant Manager is required to be working on their feet while clocked in, evaluating what tasks need to be completed, delegating tasks to line crew, and accomplishing their daily goals.
