Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Parma, OH location. You’ll support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, ensure shifts run smoothly, and lead team members through training and performance improvement initiatives.

You’ll also assist with local marketing efforts to drive sales and guest satisfaction, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and help open early shifts starting at 4 am. Equal opportunity employer committed to inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Available to start early shifts around 4 am and maintain open availability.
