Jimmy John’s is hiring for an Assistant/General Manager in Tallahassee, FL. You will oversee day-to-day operations with a positive attitude, leading by example to execute systems with integrity in a fast-paced environment.

There is substantial potential for advancement as the company grows. Responsibilities include making fast, accurate sandwiches, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer service, taking orders, and ensuring all procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate, read, and write the English language fluently.
• Flexible availability and reliable transportation.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, lift up to 50 pounds, standing, and moving about the unit the entire workday.

Responsibilities

• Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches.
• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc.
• Strong customer service- greets customers, takes orders – operates cash registers – collects payments from customers, and makes changes.
• Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets.
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Always maintains professional appearance in compliance with the Jimmy John’s Dress Code.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
