Job summary

Jimmy John's in Lowell, MA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in all store operations. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality customer service, maintain cleanliness and food safety, manage inventory, and help achieve sales and labor goals.

As the on-site leader on duty, you will train and develop the team, handle scheduling, participate in performance reviews, and step in for the GM when needed—driving a positive, fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if delivery is required).
