Job summary

Dunkin' in Strongsville, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager.

You will lead shifts, ensure smooth service, and contribute to local marketing efforts to hit sales and profit goals while guiding team members through training.

The role requires at least six months in retail/restaurant management, 18+ years old, strong time management and guest service skills, and availability to start early.
