Job summary

Dunkin' Akron is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations. You will help ensure smooth shifts, assist with local marketing, and guide team members through training and performance initiatives.

We value hands-on leaders with solid guest service, time management, and attention to detail. Expect early starts at 4 am and a role with growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to start work early, with shifts starting around 4 am.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

WINNIN’
