Job summary

Dunkin' in Berea, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager. You’ll help with shift coverage, guest service, and local store marketing to hit sales and profit goals.

You’ll start early, with shifts around 4 am, and participate in training, benefits, and advancement opportunities as part of a team that values service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Willingness to start shifts as early as 4 am and maintain open availability.
