NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Store Sales Associate to be the primary contact for customers, promoting sales by understanding needs and sourcing accurate parts for a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, building relationships, operating the POS system, and maintaining store cleanliness while assisting with stocking and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

DUTIES
