Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred).

From $18 - $23/hour, based on experience, plus tips.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Senior Managers, an Assistant Manager will be responsible for creating the perfect dining experience for our guests through leading and developing our hourly team members and using a variety of industry-leading tools to manage all aspects of the restaurant’s operation. • 1 – 2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred)
• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift
• Some experience working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• Knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts and procedures
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
