Job summary

Culver's of Sheboygan - Taylor Dr. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach a team, and uphold guest service excellence in a fast-paced, family-owned setting.

You'll oversee operations, assist with hiring and training, and collaborate with the General Manager on scheduling and safety, all while modeling a positive, motivating leadership style. Expect a 50-hour week in a people-first environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.

What You’ll Do
