Culver's Restaurants in Sheboygan is seeking leaders to join our family-owned team. You’ll oversee shifts, mentor teammates, and maintain our high standards of guest service and operations in a fast-paced setting.

As a member of the leadership team, you’ll build a positive culture, coach staff, and coordinate front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen activities. Training and growth opportunities are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for leading and motivating others.
• Management experience preferred.
