Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fashion-forward team and uphold our customer-first service standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to hit sales goals, manage payroll and expenses, coach and motivate Stylists, schedule rosters, maintain visual standards, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every guest.

This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for women's fashion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving store productivity, sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of Stylists while upholding Windsor standards.
