Windsor Fashions in Baton Rouge seeks an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager and help drive daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience.

You will coach a dynamic team of Stylists, manage payroll and expenses, and ensure our standards of dignity and respect are upheld for every customer and associate.
