Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Myrtle Beach seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a store team and uphold the brand’s oasis of fashion. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and maximize store productivity.

You will coach a high‑performing team of Stylists, motivate with dignity and respect, and ensure smooth daily operations, loss prevention, and exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced fast fashion environment.
