Windsor Fashions in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in achieving store productivity, sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses, while guiding a team of fashion-loving Stylists.

You will coach and motivate your team, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect while delivering a superior guest experience. This role emphasizes accountability, coaching, and operational excellence in a fast-paced fashion

Qualifications

• Leads and coaches a fashion retail team to hit sales targets.
• Manages payroll and store expenses with the Store Manager.
• Guides Stylists to deliver exceptional customer service.
