Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager in Danbury, CT to join our store leadership team. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and maintain store standards while delivering a great customer experience.

You will coach and motivate a fashion‑loving team of Stylists, ensuring every associate treats customers and colleagues with dignity and respect as you guide the store toward its productivity goals.
