Massage Envy in Scottsdale is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in daily operations and to drive sales. You’ll lead a team, train staff, and deliver an outstanding client experience at a high-volume spa location.

The role emphasizes motivating employees, achieving goals, and maintaining Massage Envy brand standards while overseeing day-to-day activities and guest satisfaction.

• Experience in sales and customer service in a retail/spa setting.

As an Assistant Manager at Massage Envy, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting the General Manager with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the location.

Our Assistant Managers…

• Have experience at an assistant management or sales lead level
• Can motivate multiple employees in diverse fields
• Will have a successful track record in goal management
• Always displays a friendly, motivated, and sales driven attitude

Requirements

• Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting
• Experienced in training staff
• Experienced in spa management (Highly Preferred)
• Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
• Strong administrative/back office skills (Required)

Range of Pay: $22.00-$23.00 Per Hour DOE + Bonus Opportunity
