Massage Envy in Indiana is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the location’s day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding client experience. You will support the General Manager, mentor staff, and ensure smooth front- and back-office functions.

The role requires proven experience in retail sales, staff training, and strong administrative skills; spa management and retail management are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting.
• Experienced in training staff.
• Experienced in spa management (Highly Preferred).
• Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred).
• Strong administrative/back office skills (Required).

• Have experience at an assistant management or sales lead level

Requirements

• Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting


• Experienced in training staff


• Experienced in spa management (Highly Preferred)

$19-$22 per hour DOE + Commission Opportunity
