White House Black Market is seeking an Assistant Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering a seamless, welcoming customer experience. This role focuses on coaching associates, driving store performance, and building community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.

You will manage daily operations, inventory, and visual standards while upholding brand standards and a safe, engaging environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
