White House Black Market (WHBM) Estero store is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience on the floor and back-of-house operations.

You will drive sales, mentor associates, hire and coach staff, and ensure seamless omni-channel experiences while maintaining brand standards and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
