White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Associate in San Diego to deliver a customer-centered shopping experience, build authentic connections, and provide personalized service. You’ll help shoppers across channels, educate on loyalty programs, and support merchandising, inventory, and store upkeep in a fast-paced, brand-aligned environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning of processes and tools, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
