Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Salem, NH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our store team and help drive sales, shrink control, payroll and expenses while upholding brand standards.

You will coach and motivate a high performing group of fashion-loving Stylists, ensure exceptional customer service, and partner with the Store Manager to execute store initiatives and maintain a positive, inclusive shopping environment.
