Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Roseville, MI. You will help drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and lead a team of fashion-loving Stylists to deliver excellent customer service and results.

As a key member of the store leadership, you will coach staff, monitor performance, and uphold Windsor Fashions’ standards while partnering with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence.

• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of Stylists while ensuring dignity and respect.
