Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Carlsbad, CA. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage expenses, and control inventory while guiding a team of fashion-loving Stylists.

You will foster a positive customer experience, coach staff, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced fashion environment. This role is full-time and on-site, with opportunities to contribute to store growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Coach and motivate a high performing team of Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
• Partner with Store Manager to execute the store's mission in daily operations.
