Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Baltimore-area store to lead a fashion-forward team and uphold our Oasis of style. You will empower Stylists and ensure an exceptional guest experience in line with our mission to empower women.

In this role you will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, monitor shrink, and coach your team to achieve operational excellence.

• Coach and motivate a high performing team of Stylists while delivering excellent guest service.
• Drive store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.

As a Windsor Assistant Manager you are a key member of our store leadership team. You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You are responsible, in partnership with your Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
