Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Reston store to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will help foster a welcoming environment and drive hospitality across associates and customers.

You’ll build community connections, oversee onboarding and coaching, and lead omni-channel sales efforts while maintaining store standards and safe operations. This role requires 18+ years old and retail leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience.
