Job summary

KnitWell Group in Reston, VA is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver personalized service in a customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge, support omnichannel shopping, and help maintain an inviting store atmosphere.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will collaborate with the team, learn new processes quickly, and contribute to store goals while upholding brand standards.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
