Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead a busy restaurant, drive guest satisfaction, and support daily operations.

You will partner with the General Manager to coach crew and shift leaders, uphold food safety and quality, and manage scheduling and inventory.

In this role, you can develop leadership skills, access management training, and pursue advancement within the franchise, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

As an assistant manager, you'll work closely with the general manager to lead the team, maintain high operational standards and create a positive environment for both employees and customers.

What You'll Do
