Job summary

McDonald’s is looking for an energetic Assistant Manager in North Smithfield, RI to help run a busy restaurant and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll lead with the general manager, coach crew, and ensure smooth daily operations across all shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, assisting with scheduling, inventory, food quality, cleanliness and safety, and training new leaders. This role offers a path for advancement with competitive pay starting at $20 per hour.
