Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is hiring an Assistant Manager in Yardley, PA to support daily restaurant operations and lead a high-energy team. You will partner with the General Manager to coach staff, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems (will be taught)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic math and cash-handling skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards
• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members as needed
• Assign team members to appropriate positions to meet guest demand and service standards
• Support and lead team meetings and shift execution
• Deliver training to restaurant team members
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are consistently followed
• Help create and maintain a guest-focused culture
• Review guest feedback and assist in implementing action plans
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and expectations to team members
• Support new product rollouts, including training and sampling
• Assist with cash handling and ensure compliance with cash management policies
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance, sales, and guest satisfaction
• Support performance monitoring and employee evaluations
• Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager

• Pay Rate: $16 per hour - $17 per hour

Position Overview

We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of one of our Dunkin’ restaurants. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting sales and profitability goals.

The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager to lead, train, and develop the restaurant team while ensuring Dunkin’ brand standards, franchisee policies, and all applicable laws are followed. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
