Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, drive guest experiences, and maintain brand standards. You will work with the General Manager to train and develop the team while ensuring cash handling and compliance with franchisee policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate standard software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic operational reporting systems (will be taught).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members as needed.
• Assign team members to appropriate positions to meet guest demand and service standards.
• Support and lead team meetings and shift execution.
• Deliver training to restaurant team members.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Help create and maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Review guest feedback and help implement action plans.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and expectations to team members.
• Support new product rollouts, including training and sampling.
• Assist with cash handling and ensure compliance with cash policies.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance, sales, and guest satisfaction.
• Support performance monitoring and employee evaluations.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager.

We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of one of our Dunkin’ restaurants. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting sales and profitability goals.

The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager to lead, train, and develop the restaurant team while ensuring Dunkin’ brand standards, franchisee policies, and all applicable laws are followed. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
