Job summary

Toppers Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager in Wisconsin/Oregon to lead daily restaurant operations under the General Manager and participate in our Management-in-Training program, gaining a path to Store General Manager. The MIT program includes four levels, with pay raises after each completed level to reinforce growth and capability.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the restaurant in coordination with the General Manager, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Develops, directs, and supervises hourly Team Members to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality food, beverage, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Uses the Crown Academy (LMS) and included resources to elevate the training and development of yourself and your team.
• Utilization of our in-house POS to record sales and other operations, control costs, and monitor the performance of the store.
• Our in-house POS comes with outstanding support from IT and other internal departments.
• Knows, enforces, and educates Team Members on appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, and security and safety procedures.

The Assistant Manager position is for someone looking to train to become a store General Manager in the future. The Assistant Manager will work through the four levels of our Management-in-Training (MIT) program and earn a pay raise once each level is completed.
