Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Novi, MI location to support store leadership and create a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers and associates.

You will help drive sales, coach a team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on hospitality and brand standards. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a vibrant retail setting.
