Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 5363-The Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, SD. You will assist the Store Manager in building a collaborative team, delivering a personalized customer experience, and maintaining brand standards on the sales floor and stockroom.

The role requires 3 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
