Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate at our Vernon Hills, IL location to deliver a customer-centered shopping experience. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and guide them through brand loyalty programs to build lasting relationships.

This role supports merchandising, inventory, and store organization while reinforcing Soma's hospitality-driven culture. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
