Dash In in Newark, Delaware is hiring an Assistant Manager with a starting rate of $21.50 per hour, plus a $1 per hour premium for late-night shifts. You will lead operations when the Store Manager is away, ensuring smooth daily activities and a strong guest experience.

You’ll build and train a capable team, manage inventory and financials, and coordinate with POS systems to optimize store performance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in food service or retail (preferred).
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Natural leader who motivates and manages teams with ease, 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (food service or retail preferred).
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer service experience, resolving issues and leaving customers smiling.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication with employees, customers, vendors, or management.
• Experience in inventory management, financial analysis, sales, and marketing.
