Jersey Mike’s Subs in Middlefield, OH is looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will drive exceptional guest service, manage labor and food costs, and train staff to ensure strong performance. You’ll also handle inventory and collaborate with the store manager to hit sales goals in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.
