Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Subs in Sandusky, OH is looking for a General Manager to lead the store, boost sales, and uphold our service standards. You will drive profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and guide a team to deliver quality food with a positive, high-energy environment.

The GM will manage scheduling, inventory, staffing, and training while modeling our core values and engaging with guests and employees daily.

General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store/operation, including:

• Store Sales
• Quality of Service
• Customer Satisfaction
• Profit Margin
• Create employee schedules
• Place inventory orders
• Responsible for staffing
• Lead employee training
• Lead by example

Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager
