Job summary

Polysoft Tell is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, oversee staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will help coach and supervise sales associates, facilitate orientation and ongoing training, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and merchandising.

You will assist with scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising, aiming to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
