Staab Management, a Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, ensure guest service, and maintain food quality and cleanliness.

You will assist with scheduling, labor management, and achieving sales goals while supporting marketing promotions and local store initiatives. This role offers growth into restaurant management and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to complete company training programs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Customer-focused (hospitality-driven) mindset.
