Qualifications

• 21+ years old to apply.

• ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain.

• Lead by Example: oversee all tasks and duties for Team Members.
• Team Development: training, mentoring and supervision of Team Members.
• Facility Maintenance: ensure safety by inspecting facilities and equipment.
• Operational Excellence: perform general reporting and bookkeeping.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
