Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy store in Lone Tree, Colorado. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, control shrink, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a team of Fashion Stylists in delivering great customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, accountability, and a passion for fashion. You will foster a positive, inclusive environment while meeting store goals and ensuring brand standards are upheld.
